Why do you use CheckVault payments for websites and mobile applications projects?

CheckVault is an Independent Escrow Agent, who hold the funds you are allocating to your project, until we have completed and delivered your project to the agreed specifications. We are not able to access these funds at any point. Once the project has been completed to the agreed specifications, you will be requested to authorise the release of the funds held, to our bank account. You authorise this release from your own CheckVault account which will request additional information from you to set up, after you have accepted our quote. CheckVault provides you with total protection of your investment whilst we design and deliver your project. This arrangement also protects our interests, by ensuring that the funds allocated to the project, will still be available when we complete and deliver your website. Another advantage of CheckVault is that you never have to share your credit or debit card details, or your bank account details, with anyone in our business.

How do I pay for your SEO and Digital Marketing Services?

For all services purchased directly from our website, you will be directed to a SecurePay payment page, where you will make your initial payment. We do not see your transaction details in respect to credit or debit card numbers or bank account details as these are held in the SecurePay system. Once the initial payment has been processed by SecurePay, we then set up a recurring payment schedule that advises SecurePay to forward the agreed amount to us on a monthly basis, until we advise them that the provision of the service concerned has ceased.

How do I pay for a one off service such as content writing, a logo design, or a variation to agreed specifications on a project that is a work in progress?

In a one off service situation, we can either invoice you and hold off commencing the work until your payment arrives in our bank account, or you can verbally advise your credit or debit card details over the telephone, and we will enter them directly into The SecurePay system, allowing work to commence immediately. In the latter instance, we do not record your credit or debit card details in any of our own systems.

Do you provide Tax Invoices in respect to all payments made to your business?

Yes, we issue Tax Invoices for all payments we receive for projects and services, that we undertake or provide. Our Tax Invoices clearly show the GST Paid on each purchase. For payments lodged with CheckVault for websites and mobile applications, the Tax Invoice will not be issued until after the funds have been released to us.
